Wilshire Margot

Efficiency, economy, beauty and harmony characterize the Wilshire Margot. The contemporary architecture features classical motifs. Windows and balconies at each floor are delineated in a classical order. The unusual site and expensive neighborhood required creative design solutions allowing the building to adhere to the financial constraints of a for-rent project. Obtaining first time neighborhood approval from the Westwood Design Review Board was another significant accomplishment. A landscaped roof provides an urban “backyard” for the building residents. Wilshire Margot was the recipient of a 2008 Gold Nugget Merit award.
