Water Terrace – Azzurra

At Azzurra, the marina experience is captured with modern exteriors featuring blue-green laminated glass and sail-like silver and white aluminum panels. Highly-crafted wood interiors are reminiscent of luxury yachts. Luxuriously appointed interior spaces feature floor-to-ceiling glass framing sweeping views of the marina, mountains and the city. The second high-rise built in the Marina Pointe complex, Azzurra gives further shape to the site creating a sense of place. This 450-unit high-rise apartment building was named the Gold Nugget 2003 Residential Project of the Year.
