Belmont Place

A project in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles within the prominent Wilshire corridor a couple blocks from the planned metro purple line extension. The multi building development includes a new senior living high-rise building and the demolition and re-construction of a low-rise church education center, also located at the development is an existing church that is to remain. The project seamlessly blends the sites multi-uses together by tying the existing building and new building together with a large glass structure housing a multi-purpose event space which reflects the adjacent buildings and the community.
