Museum Heights

Located on a steep and curving hillside directly adjacent to a major freeway, this luxury condominium complex is the result of innovative design and collaborative teamwork. To maximize the number of units along the crescent-shaped site, 18 unique floor plans for the 66 units are aligned with the hillside. To mitigate freeway noise two sets of double-glazed windows and solariums take the place of standard balconies. Striking design details include 19’ ceilings, angular walls, spiral stairways, lofts and solariums. Awarded three 1997 PCBC Gold Nugget Awards of Merit.
