Located across from a Marina and close to the Pacific Ocean, the modern architecture of this 140-unit timeshare complex features nautical elements, bold colorful shapes, and curvilinear balconies arranged in a striking pattern across the site’s 800-foot length. Each unit includes an entertainment center, fireplace, and balcony barbecue. Located on a hillside bluff and adjacent to the I-5 and a working rail line, there were considerable site challenges.
